deep tissue

Deep tissue massage provides relief from chronic muscle pain, targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, releasing built-up tension and reducing inflammation, leading to increased flexibility and reduced pain.

acupuncture

Acupuncture points stimulate the central nervous system, using hair-thin needles, releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes stimulate the body's natural healing abilities and promote physical and emotional well-being.
NIH studies have proven that acupuncture is an effective therapeutic method.

shiatsu

Shiatsu uses kneading, pressing, soothing, tapping, and stretching techniques and is performed without oils through light, comfortable clothing. Shiatsu is used to treat a wide range of chronic conditions, such as headaches, PMS, digestive disorders, fatigue, insomnia, fibromyalgia, stress, anxiety, and muskuloskeletal pain, including low back, neck, and joint pain.

sport

Sports massage not only targets sport injuries but also aids in injury prevention by improving flexibility, increasing blood circulation, reducing muscle tension, and enhancing range of motion. These physiological changes help optimise an athlete's biomechanics, reducing the risk of muscle strains, ligament sprains, and overuse injuries.

pain

Massage and Pain Management is a therapeutic treatment combining a full-body oil massage with acupressure and stretching techniques.

pre natal

Prenatal therapy can help to reduce edema, stress, back pain, joint pain, headache, and sciatic nerve pain. It can also offer pain relief, shorten postpartum recovery, and improve labor outcomes. Moreover, it can promote bonding, relaxation, hormonal regulation, and immunity, and even induce labor and turn a breeched baby.

TENS

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation is a nonpharmacologic treatment for pain relief. Using a low voltage electrical current, it safely and effectively reduces inflammation and pain and is particularly effective for sciatica. electric impulses have been proven to reduce inflammation located deep within the muscle fibers and can even retrain damaged nerves. TENS can be incorporated with the other bodywork therapies.

aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils from plants for healing. This can be incorporated within any other treatment. The individually chosen oils are massaged into the skin, or, taken by mouth. The essential oils can penetrate skin cells, stomach digestion and even through air, when breathed in. This stimulates parts of your brain and influence physical, emotional, and mental health.

thai

Thai massage is a type of full body massage that uses a mixture of deep tissue pressure, muscle and joint stretching, and gentle adjustments of the body into yoga-like poses on a floor mattress.

cupping

Cupping is a form of massage therapy which decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction, unlike other forms of massage that compresses soft tissues.  Used to treat lack of mobility, tight muscles, scars, headaches, tendinitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, and release of trigger points.
